How often does PetGateway come out? Most PetGateway customers prefer once or twice each week. Other service schedules are also available, please call us at 416-224-2467 to make arrangements. Is it possible to get a one-time service only? Definitely! One-time or short-term service may be arranged most times of the year. However, the spring service may be temporarily unavailable in the due to high demand. So book your Spring cleaning early and don't miss out. Should my gate be unlocked? Yes. PetGateway does not to climb over fences. So please have your gate unlocked on your service day. If you like, PetGateway will loan you a combination lock at no cost to you if you request one. If my dog is in the yard, can PetGateway still work in the yard? In most cases, absolutely. We get along well with dogs but there are some cases when a dog will not let our employee into the yard. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, very protective, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask that you confine the dog indoors when we are there. We don't want to take any unnecessary risks with your dog or with our employees. Is there an extra charge for the first-time? With your prior approval, there may be an extra charge for the first service if there has been a lot of accumulation of waste over time. |
