Does PetGateway still work through the winters? Definitely! Dogs keep doing their thing all year long, so PetGateway will continue to clean up and remove dog wastes through the winter as well as delivering your pets food and supply orders. Sometimes the heavy snowfall may postpone a day's work, but usually our employees can catch up later the same week. Does PetGateway work on holidays? We Rest. When a holiday falls on a regular PetGateway service day, we will notify you in advance on when we would be coming during that week. Service returns to the regular day the following week. Does PetGateway clean apartments and condo grounds? Absolutely! Most of our work will be in the back yards of single-family homes, but PetGateway can service commercial accounts too. If you would like to know more about this or any of our other services, please call us at 416-224-2467. What do you do with the waste you collect? PetGateway employees will simply place the waste into plastic bags and leave it in the customer's trash cans. If you do not wish our employees to do so, please let us know and our employees will take the waste with them and dispose of it properly. What does PetGateway mean by SATISFACTION GUARANTEED? We promise that you will get service you are happy with or you don't have to pay for it! We know our business depends on doing excellent work, and it's the quality of our service on which we stake our success. We're working very hard to ensure that PetGateway means reliable, high-quality service to your door. We strive to provide perfect service, but if there is ever a time when our service is not completely satisfactory, please let us know right away. We will make it right, either by coming back to re-clean the yard the same day or the next day, or by crediting your account so you won't be charged. |
